Mobius, March 24, 2001, in Boston, MA
Mobius is "an
artist-run center for experimental work in all media." This show
was a fundraiser they called ArtRages 2001: A Space Artyssey.
In addition to experimental art, they also seem to like bad puns. Alongside
us on the bill were Indian dancers, experimental hip-hop, shadow puppetry,
and more. There were also various artists performing and/or working
on installations throughout the large loft. Lots of fun, and the audience
was very receptive. Plus Jon B. had his photo taken alongside two naked
painted women for the Improper Bostonian magazine.
